The Evans Farm is located on the Wallowa River between Joseph and Enterprise in the scenic NE corner of Oregon. A Century Farm, this property was home for Paul and Ceciel Evans, both Wallowa County natives. They lived and worked and raised their family of two sons and a daughter here. The family farm was close to self sufficient with Jersey Dairy cows, a band of Suffolk sheep, pigs, chickens, and riding horses. The land produced hay and grain, and a large garden. Years have passed but the land still is home to Paul and Ceciel’s desendants and a nationally known Welsh Pony breeding program. Visitors find themselves surrounded by a beautifully designed farm home, pasture, and woodland. Easily accessible, and private the Farm is the perfect place for reunions, vacations, and special events - which memories are made and relationships strengthened.
